Achieving real impact

EDCTP2 has made significant contributions to enhancing research oversight systems in various African countries by funding multiple projects focused on research ethics committees and national regulatory agencies. Additionally, EDCTP's fellowship programme has empowered many recipients to advance in their careers, transitioning into independent researchers and emerging as leaders within their respective fields.
